SA9-ST1-Large Summer Pool Staycation Home

The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a patio BBQ, and dining with complimentary amenities for your convenience. Our property is equipped with smart TVs with free Netflix available for use in every room, including both the living room and bedrooms. We also provide many board games for you and your group to enjoy.

- 1st Floor has the living room, the full equipped kitchen and dining area, 1 bedroom with Queen bed, 1 shared bathroom. 1 second living room can convert as a private sleeping area which has 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed (convert as a Queen bed)

-2nd Floor has a huge master bedroom with ensuite (w/ King Size Bed). There will be also has 2 more bedrooms (w/ Queen Size Beds), and a shared full bathroom.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking wares, utensils, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

- The dramatic backyard is complete with a large heated pool, BBQ grill, and dining area.

**The additional charge is $100/day if you would like to heat up the pool (You just need to pay for the day you want to use). You need to pay for this fee before you check-in.
It will take at least 8 hours for the pool to heat up so please let us know once you decide, then we can have someone to come by and turn it on before your check-in.
***Pool maintenance will be every Tuesday around 8-9 AM.

We hire professionals to Ozone Wash all linens and towels in our Airbnb for guests to use.
