Spacious guest rooms are found in the home with the following sleeping arrangements:
First Floor Bedroom 1: King size bed

The backyard is equipped with a large pool, BBQ grill, and dining and lounge areas. Washer, dryer, and second refrigerator are located in the garage for your use.
★★★ Due to the large increase in natural gas costs in California, pool heating is offered at an additional charge of $100 per day, with a two days minimum. Guests just need to pay for the specific days needed. 24-hour advance notice is required as it will take at least 8 hours for the pool to heat up. Thank you!
