- The living area is a nice place for the family to spend time together, We have an expansive living room with a fireplace and a big smart TV. Just off the living room is an open kitchen fully equipped with cooking wares, utensils, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

- The backyard is nice and spacious with a pool and spa, an outdoor bar, a large long BBQ area, dining set, and beautiful trees.

- The Washer/Dryer is located in the garage.

★★★ There is a granny flat that not belonged to the house in the back. There is a very sweet family who will not bother us. They are also the house keeper. Please do not disturb the people who live here. We save one parking spot on the right side for them to move in and out.

★★★ Due to the large increase in natural gas costs in California, pool heating is offered at an additional charge of $50 per day, with a two days minimum. Guests just need to pay for the specific days needed. 24-hour advance notice is required as it will take at least 8 hours for the pool to heat up. Thank you!
