This is a 2,600 SQFT single-family resident. The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a beautiful backyard and pool, and dining with complimentary amenities for your convenience. Our property is equipped with smart TVs with free Youtube TV available for use. - 1st Floor: The living room connects to the dining area and the kitchen area. It will be the main area for you, your friends and family to spend most of your time together. We equipped a fully functioning kitchen for you to prepare a full meal for 12-14 people. You will also appreciate our outdoor dining area with BBQ to enjoy all the ocean breeze while sipping either a cup of coffee to start your morning or even glass of wine or cocktail to cheer for a good life. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds on this floor. -2nd Floor: Facing the back yard is a master bedroom with ensuite (w/ King Size Bed), window view to our beautiful pool. Facing front yard is a big room with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a dedicated work space. There will also be a bedrooms (w/ Queen Size Beds). - The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking wares, utensils, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. - We value cleanliness as our top priority to provide great experiences to guests while staying at our Airbnb. We hire professional to Ozone Wash all linens and towels in our Airbnb for guests to use. Ozone Wash destroys spores, viruses, and bacteria and eliminate odors - meanings our laundry will be cleaner and fresher than traditional washing methods. At SoCal Holiday Properties, our goal is the achieve your satisfaction. We are available 24/7 to assist our guests prior to and during their stay. We are available via email, call, and text. Our onsite property manager can be at the property anytime if needed. The home is close to the heart of downtown Huntington Beach. It's only 8 mins drive to both the ocean and the vibrant downtown. This home is a perfect place for a family vacation. It is about 20-30 mins away from Disneyland Resort, Anaheim Convention Center, Knott’s Berry Farm; 15 min from Newport Beach, 25 mins away from the world-famous art walk of Laguna Beach, 30 mins - Long Beach Aquarium and 45 min- 1 hour away from Universal Studio, Los Angeles.
